Rosemary Lemon Ritual Tea

RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 10 oz. of Hot Water
- 1–2 Fresh Rosemary Sprigs (anti-inflammatory, circulation)
- Fresh squeeze of lemon (Vitamin C + gentle liver support)
Optional add-ins:
- Raw honey
- Fresh ginger slice (warming + digestive support)
- Pinch of sea salt
DIRECTIONS
- Heat water to desired temperature.
- In your mug, add the water and then add your ingredients.
