Golden Saffron Cashew Latte

A calming elixir for your luteal phase, designed to ground you in clarity and ease.

RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • 14 oz water
  • 3 dates (natural sweetness, magnesium-rich)
  • 7 cashews (healthy fats + calming minerals)
  • 3-6 dashes of ceylon cinnamon (blood sugar balance)
  • Big pinch saffron (luxury mood lifter)
  • Dash cinnamon (blood sugar support)

 

Optional add-ins:

  • 1 Tbsp Grass-fed butter or ghee (nourishment + richness)
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a blender, add all the ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add to your favorite mug and top with cinnamon.
  4. Stir until melted down.
  5. Take a deep breath, set your intentions and enjoy your bougie beverage!
