The Healing Behind the Sip
All ingredients are antioxidant rich and anti inflammatory. Together, these ingredients create a soothing, hormone-balancing tonic that aligns perfectly with the body’s need for nourishment, introspection, and emotional stability during this phase.
Cashews provide magnesium, zinc, and plant-based protein — all vital for progesterone production and reducing PMS tension.
Dates supply natural sweetness and serotonin precursors, helping uplift mood and prevent fatigue. Dates are a wonderful source of iron, copper and folate – all vital for healthy red blood cell production as we prepare for our bleed. Dates are high in B-6 which regulate mood and support the production of progesterone- the calming hormone of the PMS phase.
They also help soothe cramps and muscle tension by relaxing the nervous system and stabilizing cortisol.
Saffron, long revered for its mood-brightening and hormone-regulating properties, helping ease anxiety, PMS-related irritability and depressive moods. Supports deeper rest by soothing the parasympathetic nervous system, enhances circulation to the reproductive organs and supports emotional clarity.
Cinnamon improves insulin sensitivity and eases inflammation, reducing bloating and irritability.
